Initially I started using Synogenex Iron Restore as I was iron deficient nearing my 40's. After using it for 3 weeks I could feel myself have more energy and not so lethargic during the day. After being so impressed with the product I also started using the Immunosync supplements. Normally I would catch a cold or flu a couple of times throughout the winter season but this time round nothing since taking the tablets. I would highly recommend both supplements.
