Refund and Returns Policy


Change of mind
Unfortunately due to health regulations we are not able to accept the return of any of our Synogenx Products if you change your mind.
Please ensure that you choose carefully and that your selected Synogenx Product is right for you. Where possible this should be based on advice given to you from your General Practitioner or Healthcare provider.

Other returns
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Synogenx will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where:
  • The product is damaged or the product is faulty

Please note that before any exchange or refund is given you must be able to present your online tax invoice (or other) as proof of purchase. 
Please note that if the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect, then Synogenx reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair.

Issues with delivery and shipping
We promise to take care in the shipping process however, if your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact us at info@synogenx.com.au so that we can assess the damage and to work out a solution. We may need a photo of your item(s) and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at info@synogenx.com.au to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, and subsequent exchange or refund, if applicable.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

Changes to this Refunds and Returns Policy
Subject to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
This Refund and Returns Policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
